Medical Art Exhibition May 11, 2009

An exhibtion by student members of the Medical Humanities Society, this display of art explores creative approaches to medicine.
The exhibition runs from 13 – 28 May in the Blyth Gallery on Level 5 of the Sherfield Building at South Kensington Campus.
Official opening is on May 12 at 19.30

Science Museum Library – Extended Opening Hours May 7, 2009

worm1The Library is pleased to announce that the Science Museum Library in London, which is housed on the 3rd floor here at Imperial’s Central Library, will be extending its opening hours from May 2009.
New opening hours are as follows

Mon – Fri: 9.30 – 20.30

Sat: 10.00 – 18.00

The SML will be unstaffed outside its core hours (Mon – Fri, 10.00 – 17.00), though the physical premises willl be open and all stock can be borrowed at the Central Library Issue Desk,or the self-issue machines.
